Restaurant service a little spooty.

Restraunt service was spotty in some areas, rooms were a little small, to the point of feeling a bit cramped, but the large public spaces made up for it.

Fabulous staff. Beautiful, clean resort with many activities.
The dining room menu is not exactly family friendly. The food is expensive and was not excellent.

This hotel is a throw back to gracious times. It is beautiful and clean. There are many amenities and activities to keep everyone happy. The only negative was the dining room. It was expensive and the food was not reflective of the price. The tavern menu is better but seemed to be open at different times on different days. Whitefield is so tiny there are virtually no other dining options close by. The resort should look into updating their dining room choices. ...read more

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and accomodating. The place was beautiful, beautiful views and convenient to kid friendly activities.
The only draw back was the lack of local restaurants.

Beautiful. Staff excelled at being down to earth and catering to our needs.
The breakfast menu was way overpriced. Will not eat breakfast there again.

There are many good and great things to say about this hotel. I loved the atmostphere, the location was beyond compare, and the style and cleanliness were unsurpassed. Staff went to great lengths to make our stay special and happy and memorable. The only issue I had was the cost of the breakfast foods. Dinner was superlative in the Maples restaurant. Housekeeping did a fabulous job. The many other staff on hand made me want to stay longer. Thank you! ...read more

Great service & professional help.
Husband got solicited (asked) for marijuana in the lobby by a fellow lodger.

This hotel is beautiful, as is the area around it. A long drive from any nearby larger cities, I highly recommend it for a romantic time away with a loved one. The staff were friendly and helpful and I would definitely stay here again if I had to travel to the tippy-top of NH again. ...read more
